The creative father-daughter team behind Brady Design, Brian and Alexandra Brady, made their debut together at this year’s beautiful Palm Beach Kips Bay Decorator Show House.

The Southampton New York-based designers set the tone for the 2020 charity-supporting show house, as they made over the historical home’s foyer together. This space unites the indoor and outdoor areas of the Florida estate. As guests enter the plantation-style home, they are immediately greeted with a whimsical palm tree scenes, which give a sense of the outdoors in this otherwise windowless space. These designs were created using wallpaper from Jim Thompson Fabrics.

The room is then filled with timeless antiques and some modern, custom-made furniture pieces to give great seating options and areas to relax.

“When we first received our room for the Kips Bay Palm Beach Show House, the first thing we noticed was that it was devoid of any architectural qualities and the open space under the stair presented a unique challenge,” Brady Design shared on Instagram. “To add interior architecture and interest to an otherwise lackluster space, we designed a custom bookcase to display a collection of antique pottery from Germany that we found.”

The foyer combines Brady Design’s signature Hamptons elegance with contemporary Palm Beach living!

Guests are invited to visit this year’s Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach, located at 260 Palmetto Lane, now through March 1, 2020. General admission tickets are available for purchase on the event’s website or at the door. All of the proceeds earned during the event will go to fund the work of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
