The internationally recognized Kips Bay Decorator Show House, hosted by premier youth organization Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, announced today the location of its third annual Decorator Show House in Dallas, Texas. The highly esteemed design event has claimed 9250 Meadowbrook Drive in Old Preston Hollow’s Sunnybrook Estates neighborhood as its 2022 location. The Show House will be open to the public for one month beginning Friday, September 23, 2022. The Show House doubles as the nation’s leading design event of the year and Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s top fundraiser.

Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas 2021

Kips Bay Decorator Show House invited House Tipster to visit Dallas and tour around a Georgian-style home in Old Preston Hollow’s Sunnybrook Estates. This year, 26 designers and architects from around the country are gathering to support programs for after-school recreation within the Bronx. Every year, the Show House amasses thousands of visitors to help raise donations for youths, aged six through 18. Renowned guests throughout the industry will showcase their talents and stir up the excitement for all of the upcoming trends of the season.
