AmericasMart, Atlanta’s premier home decor and design expo, is gearing up for a successful January 2019 Market with the addition of new categories, expanded showrooms, and exciting programming.

AmericasMart includes two distinct showcases: The Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market, which runs from January 8-15th, and The Atlanta International Area Rug Market, spanning January 9-13th, 2019.

This biannual event features the largest gift retail platform in the United States coupled with unprecedented representation in a variety of industry categories ranging from home accents to fashion apparel.

In an effort to bring more innovative and profitable products to the forefront, organizers have included a leading-edge Commercial Design floor alongside these established categories: Home & Rug, Home Accents & Fine Linens, Home Accents & Furnishings and Home & Design.

Wildwood, Chelsea House, Karma Living, and Ashley Furniture are just a few of the 22+ showrooms set to open or expand in time for January. The event will also feature some of the season’s most exciting designer collaborations such as Genevieve Gorder for Capel Rugs and Mark D. Sikes for Made Goods.

America’s Magnificent Carpets® Awards, a trademark event celebrating great achievements in rug and carpet design and quality, are scheduled for January 10th during The Atlanta International Rug Market.
