Keith Baltimore Creates Spa for Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach 2020

New York-based interior designer Keith Baltimore of Baltimore Design Group brought a spa-like haven to the newly-unveiled Kips Bay Decorator Show House 2020 event in Palm Beach, Florida. It’s the perfect place to lie down for a massage, or take in a morning sunrise.

The tranquil guest casita, titled “The Sanctuary,” features a peach, cream, gray, and aqua palette that is even further enhanced with opulent sparkles of metallics.

“Organic materials, the inter-play of textures and patterns, drapery in custom fabric by The Shade Store, an artistic wall covering, and glamorous lighting that tell a story of luxurious pampering and self-indulgence in a space inspired by nature,” Kips Bay shared in post-event notes.

There are several pieces throughout the room that help strike this balance, like low stone tables, textured woven textiles, and earthy gems.

“With great admiration of her artistry throughout the years, Keith collaborated with Kathleen Gurchie on the creation of [an] ethereal and diaphanous fiber art wall hanging, capturing the essence of Keith’s Sanctuary,” Baltimore Design Group shared on Instagram about one particular standout focal piece.
