This NY NOW Winter 2020 market, extraordinary creators across the home, lifestyle, and handmade spaces were honored with top honors in the “Best New Product” Awards on Monday, February 3.

The market’s awards night was created with the intention of “celebrating exceptional brands, designers and visionaries who move us forward,” according to a statement from the show. Hundreds of exhibitors entered their companies for award consideration, and the chosen creators stood out as truly exceptional.

The Home Furnishings + Textiles award was presented to Selamat Designs and Green Sails / 727 Sailbags;  the Tabletop + Gourmet Housewares award was presented to JoyJolt;  the Luxury Lifestyle title was bestowed upon LARQ; the Baby + Child award was won by eeBoo; in the Gift category, Paddywax emerged as a winner; the Accessories award was presented to Love is Project; the Artisan Resource distinction was presented to Milsouls; in the Handmade Global Design category, Baskets of Cambodia was honored; the Handmade Designer Maker award was presented to Bee Bowen Handcrafted Luxury; the Wellness space winners are Dot & Lil Bath & Body Inc. and M. Barclay; the Accent on Design title was presented to Morihata International Ltd., and the Best In Market award went to Selamat Designs.

Further Accent on Design Awards were presented to Ameico, Airinum AB, and Cool Décor Company for Outstanding Products; and Modern Sprout, LLC. took home the Best Overall Collection distinction.

Additionally, in the show’s Eco Choice Awards, the Most Sensitive Use of Materials award was presented to Morihata International Ltd. in the Accent on Design section and the Most Innovative Winner title was given to Parafina & Co. in the Accessories space.
