Preparations are well underway for the upcoming Winter Las Vegas Market expo at the World Market Center. The event, which is scheduled to run from January 27-31st, 2019, is considered one of the premier design gatherings in the world.

It’s an exciting time for Las Vegas Market attendees and exhibitors. With a steady increase in attendance rates and robust leasing activity, the January Market is once again poised for tremendous growth, particularly in the gift category.  Organizers recently announced nine gift and home decor showroom additions as well as a number of showroom relocations and expansions, totaling over 247,000 square feet. Overall, the entire Market will cover an area of over a million square feet.

Brands presenting new showrooms at Las Vegas Market include hand-knotted rug manufacturer Caravan Rugs, rug and throw pillow brand Unique Loom, Coast to Coast, and Stickers Northwest.  Other highlights include expanded showrooms for Canaan (designer pillows), Karastan (power-loomed rugs), Decorum Home (textiles and soft goods), Adams & Co. (seasonal decor) and FEM Sales.

“The number of gift resources available at Las Vegas Market continue to grow market-over-market, with more than 2,700 lines presented in nearly 450,000 square feet of gift showrooms in Building C. This latest round of leasing activity brings the total square footage of new, expanding and relocating showrooms at Market this January to more than 127,000,” said executive vice president of gift and apparel leasing, Dave Savula.
