NeoCon 2019 is headed to Chicago’s The Mart this June 10-12, where it will bring together more than 500 innovative commercial design exhibitors and 50,000 design professionals for its 51st anniversary year event.
With over a half a century of experience under its belt, NeoCon is predicting what’s ahead as far as emerging trends in the industry and sustainability in the future. This year’s event will represents market across the spaces of healthcare, workplace, hospitality, education, public space, and commercial design – and manufacturers will be showcasing their latest in furniture, fabrics, flooring, technology, building finishes, indoor products, and more.
“Office design is being transformed by coworking and virtual reality, even as big data and smart technologies drive new modes of office planning,” NeoCon’s website explained about what’s next. “Trends in residential, hospitality, health-care, education, and workplace interiors continue to converge and intersect. Human well-being is emerging as a new benchmark for good design, as is inclusivity for people of all abilities, genders, and ages.”
This season, you can expect to see top exhibitors like Artistic Tile, SurfaceWorks, Roman & Williams, New Style Cabinets, Brentano, Tai Ping, Studioilse, Takeform, VividBoard, Waddell, Emeco, Kahrs, Kwalu, Encore Seating, VS America, Scott Group Studio, FurnitureLab, HPD Collective, Buzzispace, Hightower, Wolf-Gordon, Janus et Cie, Skyline Design, and many more.
NeoCon is also welcoming some highly-anticipated new exhibitors from around the globe this season, including Luxxbox from Australia, Pedrali from Italy, and the Netherlands-based Cascando. Catch their presentations in the 7th floor Exhibit Hall. For the first time, the SANDOW Innovation lab will also be hosting lectures, roundtable discussions, and product demonstrations at NeoCon.
NeoCon 2019 will unofficially kick off with Interior Design‘s HiP Awards Ceremony, taking place on Sunday, June 9.
