Coverings is the largest international tile and stone exhibition and conference in North America – and the 2020 edition will officially be held in New Orleans, Louisiana, for the first time in more than 20 years. The event, featuring more than 1,100 exhibitors from 40 countries, will be taking place from April 20-23, 2020, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

This show will highlight nine miles of premiere tile and stone products from around the world, and feature educational presentations – may of which will include Continuing Education Units (CEUs) – exciting event programs, and plenty of networking opportunities.

In its 31st year, the show will offer information about installation and fabrication, materials and trends, business building labs, and more – intended for all kinds of industry guests like architects, designers, builders, re-modelers, contractors, installers, distributors, fabricators, and retailers.

“Coverings is excited to be in New Orleans after so many years,” said Jen Hoff, president of show management company Taffy Event Strategies, LLC, in a press release. “New Orleans is an exciting, culturally rich haven, a sensory overload, much like Coverings.”

As an added bonus, Coverings 2020 is scheduled right before the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, a popular celebration of New Orleans’ music and culture. Guests at the show may consider extending their stay in the area to experience a bit of Jazz Fest while in town for Coverings.
