There are so many incredible vendors to get excited for this Summer 2019 season of NY NOW – taking place this weekend in Manhattan – but this year’s showcase includes an international design showcase we’re keeping a close eye out for.

Six national pavilions will be set up to present some of greatest international design brands from Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia, France, Switzerland, and Germany.

Taiwan will be represented in “Fresh Taiwan” Booth 3712, and feature hot trends like minimalism, DIY, and lomography. This pavilion, organized by Taiwan Design Center and Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture, will be showcasing ten brands: 22STUDIO, CELIA & PERAH, eguchi toys, Kamaro’an, Kanari, Mordeco, PAPER SHOOT, Studio Smoll, Yenchenyawen design studio, and ystudio.

This year, Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy will be exhibiting 15 “Made In Germany” brands, including Ackermann, Hohmann und Sedlacek OHG, Albert L. (punkt) Inc., Alexander International LLC, Bavarian Zinnfiguren, BRAINSTREAM GmbH, Caren Shen, HML Berlin – Horst Max Lebert, L.M. Kartenvertrieb & Verlags GmbH Germany, L.M. Card Production – Inh. Michael Hartfelder, Nesseler Monica, Olbrish Produkt GmbH, Spitzenstuecke, Stefanie Koelbel, Sabine Wagner Fashion, Wendt & Kühn KG, and Werkhaus GmbH.

You can also find the South Korea section, organized by Korea International Trade Association (KITA), at Booth 8763; the Indonesian Agency for Creative Economy (BEKRAF)’s 8-brand Indonesia section at Booth 1462; 18 great French home and gift product brands, organized by Business France, at Booth 3144; and Switzerland’s International Trade Centre’s selection at Booth QUAD4.
