Every 30 days, Sherwin-Williams names a trending paint Color of the Month pick. The top March 2020 hue is a fresh classic.

This month, the paint brand is highlighting Extra White SW 7006 257-C1, a crisp and reliable neutral that the brand says “provides a foundation perfect for mixing design eras and styles.”

The brand recommends popping deeper blues and greens with Extra White in exteriors or interior designs – or pairing it with a similar range of whites for a modern and minimalist look. Of course, it’s a great clean palette to work off of.

“Combine the eclectic hue with coordinating shades Individual White SW 6008 (231-C1), Tricorn Black SW 6258 (251-C1), Auric SW 6692 (136-C7) and Evergreens SW 6447 (157-C7) for a casual, inviting look,” the brand recommended on its website.

Additionally, Extra White pairs particularly well with rich blue shades like Smoky Azurite SW 9148 and Charcoal Blue SW 2739.
