Alexa Hampton Displays Theodore Alexander Line at Hampton Designer Showhouse

Alexa Hampton never fails to impress us with her whimsical, globally-inspired designs, and her inviting space at the 2019 Hampton Designer Showhouse is certainly no exception.

This summer season, the esteemed interior designer served as an honorary design chair and foundation advisory board member at the charity-benefiting event, raising funds for the Stony Brook Southampton Hospital. She also presented a colorful junior master bedroom at the New York home, filled with wonderful furniture pieces from her own Theodore Alexander collaboration.

The space features a expertly-curated assortment of gorgeous antiques that give the room a historical, vintage feel. But the contemporary wallpaper pattern, unexpected punches of bright colors, and beachy white accent pieces are perfect for the waterside modern Hamptons home.

To bring this lively room together, Hampton worked with a variety of luxury brands and vendors, including Stark Carpet, Quadrille, Prelude Painting, Anthony Lawrence-Belfair, Niall Smith Antiques, Cowtan & Tout, Samuel & Sons, Objets Plus/Daniel Barney Antiques, Maxvil Upholstery, John Rosselli Antiques, Eastern Accents, Schumacher, KRB, Mecox Gardens, Broome Lampshade, Strand Books, Ariston Florists, and many more.

Additionally, the designer showcased pieces from her own Alexa Hampton collections with Kravet, Circa Lighting, The Shade Store, Visual Comfort, Labrazel, and, of course, Theodore Alexander.

This year’s show house will be open to the public through Labor Day, September 2, 2019. Tickets are available in advance, or may be purchased at the door.
